About
Complex Care Training & Consultancy was founded in 2019 by Director Tracy Brooks, who recognised a gap in community-based clinical training. Universal services often struggled to meet the needs of children, young people and adults with complex health conditions in non-NHS sectors — Tracy saw an opportunity to create something that truly made a difference.
Originally set up to support Personal Health Budgets (PHBs), the company soon found that other sectors — including schools, nurseries, residential children’s homes, day care centres, and respite services — were also in need of specialist support.
Since then, Complex Care Training & Consultancy has flourished, becoming a trusted partner to organisations and families across the North West. The team is proud to provide high-quality, evidence-based training and consultancy, helping others deliver safe, person-centred care for children with complex medical needs.
